Prior to practice, he was Manager with Audit Assurance team of Deloitte. He has experience of 12 years in Deloitte and specialization in providing audit and accounting advisory services including audit under USGAAP IFRS to leading Indian Companies

Kishore has over 21 years of experience Tax and regulatory advisory and Compliances and in practice from last 10 years. Prior to Practice, he has worked with reputed CA firm like Chaturvedi & Shah, V. Sankar Aiyar, Thingna and Contractor (Now part of Grant Thornton). He has been involved in the domestic and international tax advisory, Transfer pricing and compliances services to Indian and foreign entities. He is also providing GST consultancy to corporates and representing the client before various judicial authorities.

Prasad has over 13 years of experience and post qualifications over 10 years’ experience in compliances tax and regulatory advisory and prior to practice, he has worked with reputed CA firm like KARM & Co, He has been delivered services in the management consulting to Indian and foreign entities. He is also involved in bank audits and finance services, tax planning to Indian entities. He is also providing Income tax and GST consultancy to corporates and representing the client before various judicial authorities for tax matters of Income tax, GST and earlier VAT & Service Tax.

Anand has over 15 years’ experience in auditing and accounting and in practice from last 9 years. Prior to practice, he was associated with Tytan Organics Pvt. Ltd as Manager Finance for 1.5 year and worked with CA Firm “B. K. Khare & Co.” for 1.5 years.
His work exposure are mainly in the areas of Audit, Direct taxation, Indirect Taxation and Company Law.
